Mobile application for SchoolsBuddy's integrated portal for activities, bookings, sports, billing and transport.

This app is for all users in a school from Activities and Trip Co-ordinators, finance departments, through to parents and students. If you have multiple roles, the app will enable you to switch role and help you on a daily basis.

SchoolsBuddy is part of the Faria Education Group product suite which includes learning and admission applications via ManageBac and OpenApply, however, SchoolsBuddy can function in a school without these tools.

Used in over 400 schools in 50+ countries to enable schools to improve parent engagement, simplify processes and enable schools to manage anything extra-curricular in an organised way.

We sync data from many world leading MIS/SIS providers and allow Single Sign-on with a variety of providers including Google, Microsoft, ISAMS, Firefly, ManageBac and many more.

Vectare Transport calendar events for parents now show expected stop locations and scheduled arrival times 1.6.0 Jun 2 This update includes fixes for several minor bugs and general improvements to enhance the app’s stability and performance. 1.5.13 Mar 18 This update adds support for Vectare transport journeys in SchoolsBuddy calendars. Journeys managed in Vectare are shown as read-only events in registers, with links for staff and parents to view and manage details directly in Vectare. Transport journeys sync nightly and display a last-synced timestamp.
We’ve also improved phone links in the Guardians section so iPad users can view phone numbers when tapped. 1.5.12 Feb 16 An issue has been resolved where new users logging into the mobile app for the first time could be presented with an incorrect view if they had not previously logged in via the website. The app now correctly initialises the user experience on first login, ensuring new users see the appropriate content and functionality immediately, without requiring prior access through the web platform. 1.5.11 Jan 14 With this update, the mobile app homepage now respects a new system setting for fee display. If a school has opted to hide fee information for parents and students, you will no longer see fee balances displayed on the home screen. 1.5.10 12/12/2025 Multi-Day Transport Requests

Clearer Event Details
Event times now appear next to locations at both the top and bottom of the page, so key info is always easy to find.

Better Map Links
Map links now show for Home and Away locations, helping parents and students get directions for schools with large campuses or sister sites. 1.5.9 11/06/2025 Our app’s had a glow-up!
